Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Verify the identification of guests to confirm they meet the legal age requirement for alcohol consumption.
Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible service.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Adhere to all state and local liquor laws and health regulations.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Proven experience as a bartender or relevant role preferred but not required.
Knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and serving techniques.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
