Smoketown cooks perform a wide variety of kitchen and restaurant tasks, from set-up and prep, to cleaning and storing supplies. They understand the connection between their job and the customers' experience at the brewery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
